Louise <strong>fell limply in her bathroom<\/strong>. She could have got up, but she quickly realised that she could not do it alone. So she waited.<\/p>\n<p>Moments later, someone knocked at the door. She recognised the voice of her neighbour, Marcel: \u201cLouise, Louise, where are you?\u201d. <strong>Louise was then helped up by Marcel<\/strong>, who was able to enter the house thanks to the key box installed outside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-canvas-width=\"185.61334724675797\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-canvas-width=\"185.61334724675797\">That day, it was the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegrafik.eu\/otono-me-innovative-telecare-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Otono-me service<\/a> that warned the telecare operator with whom Louise had subscribed. The telecare operator was then able to alert Marcel, unable to reach Louise via intercom. Louise was wearing a fall detection wristband at the time of the event.
