Telegrafik is taking a new step in its European development by joining Enovation’s UMO Partner Programme.
This programme brings together an international ecosystem of technology providers committed to advancing telecare, telemonitoring and remote support services.
This collaboration marks a new phase in Telegrafik’s European expansion and is part of a broader ambition: supporting the transformation of the ageing care sector by facilitating interoperability between technologies and enabling the circulation of meaningful data for professionals.
A key challenge: interoperability of solutions
Telecare services are evolving rapidly.
Connected sensors, data platforms, professional software and telecare centres must now operate in a coordinated and seamless way.
In this context, the ability of solutions to communicate with each other has become a strategic challenge for the sector.
The UMO platform developed by Enovation was specifically designed to address this challenge.
It enables telecare centres to manage alarms and information coming from a wide range of sensors and connected devices.
One of the key principles of this platform is openness: it allows many different manufacturers and devices to connect, making it easier to integrate technological solutions into existing environments.
For telecare operators, this interoperability makes it possible to simplify the integration of new devices and improve the continuity of services provided to the people they support.
The UMO Partner Programme
The UMO Partner Programme brings together manufacturers, software publishers and technology providers whose solutions can be integrated into this environment.
The goal is to build a technological ecosystem capable of ensuring:
- interoperability between devices and platforms
- reliable data exchanges
- compatibility with a wide variety of sensors and connected devices
Today, more than 200 manufacturers and over 300 products are already compatible with the UMO environment.
By joining this programme, Telegrafik contributes to this ecosystem by bringing its expertise in telemonitoring solutions and in analysing data derived from the daily activities of supported individuals.
A natural fit with the Telegrafik platform
Since its creation, Telegrafik has developed an interoperable technology platform designed to connect different devices and facilitate coordination between care actors.
The platform notably makes it possible to:
- connect various types of sensors and connected devices
- analyse daily activity data to detect potential risk situations,
- send relevant alerts to professionals
- facilitate integration with professional software and telecare platforms
Integration with the UMO ecosystem will further strengthen the ability of these solutions to communicate with the technological environments used by telecare operators and care organisations.
A European momentum around care technologies
Population ageing, the development of connected technologies and growing needs for coordination between care actors are profoundly transforming support services.
In this context, many European initiatives aim to promote open and interoperable technological environments capable of connecting the different stakeholders involved in care pathways.
Telegrafik’s participation in the UMO Partner Programme is part of this broader movement: contributing to an ecosystem where technologies work together to improve coordination between professionals, prevention and the quality of services provided to the people they support.
