Our team: expert, enthusiastic, with impact at heart

Our Values: TECH CARE!

At Telegrafik, our ambition is to harness technology to support care, to enhance all the human resources deployed daily to support vulnerable individuals. The Telegrafik team designs and deploys intergenerational connected services that are useful and reassuring for vulnerable individuals, as well as their family and professional caregivers.

Telegrafik’s services are distributed to professionals in the aging and home care sector, who are trusted contacts for families.

More broadly, the women and men of Telegrafik provide solutions to pressing societal issues, such as the aging population and people’s desire to remain at home as long as possible, bridging digital and intergenerational divides, and the lack of caregivers and coordination for vulnerable individuals.

Committed to E-Health

Telegrafik has signed the “Committed to E-Health” Charter and joined more than 235 e-health manufacturers committed alongside the Ministry of Solidarity and Health.

Lean & Agile

Telegrafik’s work organization is based on the application of Lean and Agile methodology. Development cycles are short, and the work is iterative, allowing for rapid readjustment of the strategy based on feedback from each stage. The Telegrafik team is agile, experienced, and dynamic. This agility is leveraged in the projects that Telegrafik carries out in collaboration with partners: Telegrafik thus ensures the delivery of projects carried out within short deadlines, with the work and deliverables being punctuated by frequent interactions.

Data protection

Telegrafik’s data protection policy is very strict. Customers’ personal data is subject to a high standard of protection.

All data collected from sensors installed in homes is protected and then anonymized in the event of subscription cancellation, within the time limits stipulated by law.

Impact

Telegrafik is a company with a strong social impact and is committed to an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) approach. This approach focuses on the environmental impact of the company’s activities, employment and social progress within the company, as well as its oversight and consultation bodies.

The company’s employees are deeply convinced that new Internet of Things and Big Data technologies must bring significant added value to our societies.
